-DAY3-
Today was a day in which each of ”water”,”agriculture”,and”waste”teams developed hypotheses and tested them in order to solve the problems they faced.
To prove the hypotheses they interviewed local fishermen, nearby shops, NGOs, and so on.
Placing importance on the dialogue with those who live there the teams carried out many activities with the support from the staff at su-re.co.
The agricultural team focused on what they can do for producers, and came up with some keywords such as “fair trade,” “aging farmers,” and “cocoa economics.”
On this day, the agriculture team visited “Cau Chocolates.” This is a company that deals in high-quality organic products in partnership with cacao farmers in Bali.In this company, the producers and factories work together.
Students were able to see how cacao is grown and processed.They clould also ask questions directly to the farmers.
It was a day stundents spent thinking about agricultural issues, going through the cycle of hypothesis, verification, and reflection many times to find out what farmers need and what they can do to achieve that.
After the all-day exhausing but excinting field work, in the evening, they were invigorated by watching the traditional Kecak dance of Bali, Indonesia. and the day came to a close.Kecak,kecak.
Tomorrow, we will review what we have learned so far and present each group’s action plan. At the end, we will receive feedback from the su-re.co members and use it to improve our future activities.

今日は、水質汚染（water）、農業の衰退（agriculture）、ゴミの廃棄（waste）のそれぞれのチームごとに、課題解決に向けて徹底的に仮説・検証する一日でした。
検証は、地元の漁師や農家さん、近隣のお店の方々、NGOなどへのインタビューを中心に、現地でしかできない対話を大切にして、su-re.coの方々のサポートをいただきながら行いました。
＜農業の衰退（agriculture）チーム＞
農業チームは、生産者のために何ができるのかを課題にしていて、「フェアトレード」「農業の高齢化」「カカオの経済事情」をキーワードに考えています。
この日、農業チームは「Cau Chocolates」を訪れました。ここは、バリ島のカカオ農家と提携して高品質なオーガニック商品を中心に扱う、生産者と工場が連携している会社です。
カカオの育て方や加工の工程を見学し、農家の方々から直接お話をうかがうこともできました。
農業の問題を考えるうえで、農家の方々が何をのぞんでいるのか、経済の仕組みがどのようになっているのか、そのために自分たちに何ができるのか、仮説・検証・振り返りのサイクルを何周もまわした一日でした。
さすがに生徒も教員もタイガーモブのスタッフの皆さんも披露困憊…。
夜に鑑賞したバリ島の伝統舞踊ケチャダンスに元気をいただき、一日を締めくくりました。ケチャッ、ケチャッ。
いよいよ明日は、これまでの活動で学んだことやグループのアクションプランを発表します。最後は、su-re.coの方々からフィードバックをいただく予定で、今後のさらなる活動に生かしていきます。
