下にアップされております、和作法室での礼法の授業について、サマンサ自身からの振り返りのコメントもアップしたいと思います。和室での作法のレッスンを英語で行ってみて、サマンサはどのように感じたのでしょうか。
As a Canadian living in Japan, it is very difficult at times for me to express my gratitude and my respect to other people due to cultural differences. For this reason, I’m very grateful for the opportunity to introduce an English immersion experience within Manners Class. Recently, the students and I have been learning how to properly sit, stand, and bow. We also discuss why these manners are important and how they feel about learning them. I’m looking forward to learning more about Japanese manners in the future!
「上座」「下座」「床の間」… 言葉を一緒に学び、作法やマナーの意味と重要性を一緒に考える。生徒にとっても非常に印象に残る授業になったことと思います。
