The J3 Speech Contest

中等部３年生の英語スピーチコンテスト決勝大会が行われました。出場した生徒は夏休みにそれぞれが経験したホームステイ、English Camp、または学習体験旅行について語りました。以下はネイティブの教員のコメントです。
It was really great to see the 10 finalists doing their best for the speech contest. It’s not easy to stand in front of everyone and speak, but all the finalists did it very well. I was impressed with the confidence they showed, and it was also nice to hear their classmates shouting out encouragements to them. The girls spoke about their experiences with English overseas or at English Camp, so I was glad that they got so much out of those events. I hope that not only the 10 finalists, but also many other students, come to think that English can be a part of the future that they dream of.
