Busy, busy, busy we are here at Den-en Chofu Gakuen! Hot on the heels of Sports Day and with midterms right around the corner, a little review and a little fun was in order here at DCG Academy. Introducing Robot Run! We laid out a grid in the school plaza as our battlefield. The students had to answer grammar questions within 20 seconds! Not only that, but the students added their own questions to stump each other.
体育祭を終えたばかり、中間考査も目前に迫っている中ではありますが、DCG Academyで、楽しく学習を振り返ることのできるイベントを行いました。その名も「Robot Run（ロボットラン）」。校内のプラザに用意されたマス目のフィールドで生徒たちは文法問題に挑みました。制限時間は二十秒です。問題に答えるだけでなく、生徒たちは、自ら問題を作成して互いに出題し合いました。
Each question correctly answered was a step forward through the grid and away from the robot. They could answer questions by holding up different colored paper to signal their answers. With each step forward they were able to clear the levels and answer the questions correctly. But the Robot was more tricky than that.
正解するたびに、生徒たちは一マスずつ前進し、ロボットから逃れました。解答は、色の異なるカードを掲げて行いました。問題に正しく答えるごとに、一歩ずつ前進してレベルをクリアしていきました。しかし、このロボットは一筋縄ではいきませんでした。
As soon as the 40 plus students managed to cross the finish line, they were immediately tossed into the danger levels! Three fifteen second rounds where the very grid they used to get to the finish line became dangerous. Not only were some squares now not usable, due to the robot punching holes into the ground! but there were only two squares that were safe.
４０人以上の生徒がゴールラインを越えると、難関レベルに移行しました。制限時間１５秒のラウンドが３回行われました。ゴールまで進むためのマスの一部が、ロボットによって地面に穴を開けられ、使用できなくなりました。さらに、安全に使えるマスはわずか二つしか残されていませんでした。
The students ran to these safe zones and survived. They were so good at answering their grammar questions we cleared the whole game. Amazing work ladies!
生徒たちは安全なマスまでたどり着き、無事クリアしました。文法問題の正答率も高く、ゲームをすべてクリアすることができました。素晴らしい活躍でした！
