Diary from Canada （ Day 4 ）

カナダ・ホームステイ、４日目が終了しました。この日は各スタディー・センターでレッスンです。
各教室では先生やバディーが盛り上げてくれて、教室からは笑い声が絶えません。チャレンジする気持ちとコミュニケーションが最重要のレッスンです。
〈 St. John Brebeuf High School 〉
はじめは、昨日の遠足で撮った写真を使って振り返り学習。
その後は、教室を飛び出して、学校を走り回り、腕立てをし、最後は図書館で皆でエアロビクス！
（夏休みなので、他の生徒はいません。ご安心を。）
皆、汗だくになっていました。今夜は、時差ぼけも吹き飛ばすくらい、ぐっすり寝られそうです。
〈 British Columbia Christian Academy 〉
今日は、昨日の課題で各チームが撮影した写真でプレゼンテーションをしました。人文字の写真は ”CANADA” と”LAKE”です。他にも、バディー達と撮影した楽しそうな写真が紹介されました。
そして、午後は、椅子取りゲームなど、真剣勝負。もちろん、初めてのゲームであろうが、説明はAll English。しっかり聞かないと失格なので、皆、必死です。こちらも、大騒ぎの教室でした。
さて、いよいよ、今日、８月５日（土）から３連休。
８月７日（月）は、ブリティッシュ・コロンビア州の祝日 British Columbia Day！
お休みを通して、カナダの文化を各自で学びます。週明けの日誌 ‘Home Stay Journal’ が楽しみです。

I learned Canadian coins’ names, designs, and values. I used some of them when I bought an ice cream. I bought a tapioca drink with Erin. I played with my host mother’s friends.

Today I went to Harrison Hot Springs. It was hot, but the missions given by our teacher were a lot of fun. In the bus I could not talk with any buddies. So I want to talk more.

I had a lesson about Canadian money. It was difficult for me. In the afternoon, I went to Harrison Hot Springs with my classmates and buddies. I had a lot of fun. After school, I ate out with my host family. I ate some spaghetti. It tasted good.
