Diary from Canada ( Day 6 – 7 )

I went to a lake in the afternoon. I played there with my friend and my host family. Its water was very clean.

I went to church. I listened to a talk for two hours. It was difficult for me. I listened to some talks after I went to my friend’s host family’s house. I ate lunch and dinner together. And I watched a movie at night.

<8月7日(月)祝日’British Columbia Day’の’Home Stay Journal’より…>
Today is BC day! So we went to the national historic site in Fort Langley. I saw an old house, many animals, a lot of planes, and many people who wore some costumes. I had so good a time!

I went to a lake in Chilliwack. And I rode a boat. That was a big boat, but it was only two people that could ride it there. So I rode the boat with Haruka. I had a good time.

I did a BBQ at home. I was surprised, because we could do a BBQ in my house. But most Japanese houses don’t have any BBQ machines. So I want to do such a BBQ again.
( R. K )
I went to a supermarket. It was different from one in Japan. I was surprised at a moving table at the cash register.
